Our Forging Workflow & Process Control

Every forged component follows a strictly governed manufacturing sequence compliant with DIN EN 10250 and ASTM standards:

  1. Billet Inspection & Heating: Ultrasonic testing (UT) of raw material ensures internal soundness before induction heating to precise forging temperatures (typically 1,100°C to 1,250°C, material dependent).
  2. Die Preparation & Impression: Leveraging state-of-the-art closed-die presses, the heated billet is struck, forcing the metal to flow into the custom-machined cavities, creating near-net shape geometries with unmatched dimensional accuracy.
  3. Trimming & Heat Treatment: Flash is mechanically sheared, followed by normalized, quenched, and tempered (Q&T) cycles to achieve the target surface hardness and homogeneous microstructure.
  4. Final Inspection: Every batch undergoes Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and 100% visual inspection before dispatch.
